We can't tell you what the law says about your situation or how your dispute will end. When the stakes are real, such as custody, eviction, dismissal, a court date or a threat, take your case file to a qualified lawyer. If anyone is in danger, contact your local emergency services.

Yes. Only your account can open your cases: access is locked at the database level. Your case text is sent to our AI provider without your name, email or account details, and with settings that rule out providers that store or train on it. You can delete any case at any time from My cases. Tip: use nicknames like "my ex" or "Landlord" and leave out addresses and account numbers. Keep the dates, amounts and facts; the advice is just as good.

We're planning an optional referral network so you can send your case summary to a licensed professional when a dispute needs more than the right words. You'll review exactly what's sent before anything goes, and nothing happens without your approval.

Not from us. We never contact anyone, and nothing is sent until you copy a reply and send it yourself. Every draft is written in your voice, but change a few words so it sounds like you: a reply that reads like a template gives a hostile opponent something to mock or discredit.

Earlier rounds lock so your record stays intact. Re-running an analysis replaces the current round and uses another analysis.

No. A case can run for as many rounds as the dispute needs. If you run out of analyses, buy another pack and carry on in the same case.
