Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Conflict Resolution ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide: such as your email address, name, and any details you submit when creating a case or contacting support.
  • Account and billing details: if you purchase sessions, we may store transaction records needed for receipts and account history.
  • Usage data: basic technical information like browser type, device, IP address, and pages you visit.
  • Cookies and browser storage: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, preserve short-lived in-tab recovery drafts, and support scripted demo functionality. Real authenticated case content is not written to persistent local storage.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Provide case analysis, recommendations, and related features.
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse.
  • Improve product performance and user experience.
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • Meet legal and compliance obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help run the Service (hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics).
  • AI service providers that process the case text you submit to generate analysis and response drafts.
  • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain authenticated case history in our cloud database for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements. Unsaved War Room recovery drafts may remain in session storage for the current browser tab; they are cleared when you sign out or close the tab. Scripted demo state may remain in local storage and does not contain a real case submitted through the authenticated workflow. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any required retention for legal or security reasons.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices

You can:

  • Access or update account information from your profile.
  • Request deletion of your account by contacting support.
  • Adjust browser settings to limit cookies (note that some features may not work without them).

7. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post an updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
